• Phentermine: $15-$25 for a 30-day supply at your local pharmacy

• Phentermine/Topiramate: $150/month

• Oral Semaglutide (Highest dose of 12.5mg): $350/month

   Injectable Medication: 

      Tirzepatide also known as (ZEPBOUND/MOUNJARO) 

• Dosage 2.5 MG, 5MG, or 7.5MG- $375/month
• Dosage 10MG - $425/month
• Dosage 12.5MG-$475/month
• Dosage 15MG-$650/month

     Semaglutide also known as (WEGOVY/OZEMPIC)

• 0.25MG and 0.50MG- $275/month
• 1MG, and 1.7MG- $335/month
• 2.5MG (max dose)- $400/month

• One Primary care visits a month if needed (see primary care tab for information).
• After one month of membership, you will receive a free beauty enhancement of your choice as listed on the beauty enhancement tab.
• Access to a free nutritional app created by registered dieticians, functional practitioners, and holistic nutritionists with over 30,000 meal plans that cater to your nutritional needs.
• 24-hour personal contact with your provider via text.
• A list of supplements to aid and maintain your weight loss.
• All medications are shipped directly to your door with all the necessary supplies.

• Pay for a 3-month membership upfront and enjoy a 10% discount. 

It is your responsibility to notify us when you're running low on medication (8 days in advance) to ensure uninterrupted treatment. 

Monthly charges are based on your monthly plan. These plans are based on your medication dosage and NOT the amount of medication you receive for the month. Pharmacies are required to provide waste doses in each vial of medication that you receive. For this reason, your vial may have more than a month's worth of medication in each vial. Your monthly amount will remain the same based on the dosage of medication that you are on. You will consistently have medication provided you continue to make monthly payments.
